1. Once an order for
a translation project has
been placed, approved and/or confirmed by the customer, you agree with this
terms & conditions.
2. All rates and fees are negotiable and subject to change without notice. Final
price will depend on the kind, amount and difficulty of the source text and the
requested turnaround time. Minimum charges may apply for small translation works. Additional charges apply
for express services (rush jobs) and certified/notarized translation services. 3. Payment must be made before the
translation project can be released and delivered to the customer. 4. If you cancel
your translation project after approval / confirmation, your obligation will be payment for all
the complete fee. 5. Translated works shall be limited as follows:
Global Languages of Naples shall not be liable for loss of profits, business, contracts, revenue,
damage to your reputation or goodwill, anticipated savings, and or any other
indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. Our entire liability to you
under any contract including but not limited to in respect of the services and
the translated works shall not exceed the price payable to us by you under the
contract to which any claim relates. You must notify us within 10 business days of
delivery of the translated works of any claim arising out of the provision of
the services and /or the translated works, together with full details of any
claim. In any event, we shall not be liable to you if you fail to notify us of
any claim within the stipulated time of delivery of the translated works.
6. The client warrants, represents and undertakes that the materials submitted by you
shall not contain anything of an obscene, blasphemous or libelous nature and
shall not (directly or indirectly) infringe the Intellectual Property Rights/copyrights of
any third parties.
7. We assume no responsibility for the correctness of conversions and
calculations requested by the client and performed by Global Languages of
Naples.
